The time for regulations has arrived. By October 17, 2024, all EU member states are required to include NIS2 standards in their local laws. Shortly after, on January 17, 2025, the EU Regulation on Digital Operational Resilience (DORA) will be enforced on the majority of financial institutions in the EU.
